Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern your use of this Site and the purchase of products by you through this Site. By using this Site, placing an order with us, you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). The Terms and Conditions shall supplement any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by us. We reserve the right to make changes to this Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The information from or through this Site is "as-is" and "as available". All warranties expressed or implied are disclaimed (including but not limited to the disclaimer of any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). The information may contain errors, problems or other limitations. Sideway Motorproject is not responsible, without any limitation for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Buyers agree to indemnify, defend and hold Sideway Motorproject, the webmaster and its affiliates harmless from any loss, claim and expense, including reasonable legal fees that may arise from the content or use of the Sideway Motorproject website.

All responsibility and liability for any damages caused by viruses contained within electronic files of this website is disclaimed.

General Purchasing
Sideway Motorproject is not responsible for any tariffs, taxes, and regulations that may exist in destination countries. Sideway Motorproject is not responsible for shipping delays from manufacturers or shipping delays or losses to customers after dispatch.

Once order(s) have been placed when funds have cleared and processing has begun, additions to, subtractions from and changes to the order(s) are not permitted.

Sideway Motorproject is not responsible for design or manufacturing faults of products supplied.

Errors
In the event a product is listed or quoted at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed or quoted at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

Return Policy
All sales are final. Returns and exchange are not accepted for items other than those ordered. If incorrect items are received, claims must be initiated within 7 days of receiving items. Claims can only be made by the customer with who Sideway Motorproject dealt with during the order process.

Credit of 70% of the purchase price (in Japanese Yen) is reimbursed to the customer for returns without valid reason upon successful return of the item(s) in a satisfactory condition. Shipping costs and bank/payment service transaction fees are not reimbursed.

Any return of products must arrive in re-saleable condition, including original packaging and all accessories and may be subject to the above standard restocking fees and charges. Please include the packing slip with your return and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of mail for shipment.

In the cases where funds are returned, Sideway Motorproject is not responsible for fluctuations in currency exchange.

Privacy Policy
Sideway Motorproject respects your privacy. We will not pass on personal details to other individuals or entities outside of Sideway Motorproject without your approval. Users have the option to cancel their subscription to promotional contact at any time.

If a user identifies themselves via email to Sideway Motorproject containing personal details, the information is only used to respond that message. Personal details of users who make purchases will be retained.
