Step 1 - Contact an Agent
Contact the Sideway Motorproject agent. In order to quickly process your order, please provide the following information:

the part(s) you wish to order (please include any specifics color etc...),
address (for delivery),
car make, car model and year/month, transmission type and engine details.
your customer number if you have ordered from us previously
your desired payment method (options below)

The agent will contact you with a quotation including the shipping cost.
Please note that quotations are valid for 5 days from the date of issue due to fluctuations in exchange rate.

Step 2 - Payment
Via the one of the payment methods, pay the amount quoted. You will be notified of the receipt of payment and your order will be processed. After payment has been received, no additions, deletions or changes to shipping configuration can be made to the order.

We ask our customers not to make payment until total pricing (via valid quotation) has been confirmed by our agents for the parts you wish to order, shipping costs and your desired payment method.

**Direct International wire transfer (in Japanese Yen to Japanese bank account)

* Please note that there is a 5% handling fee for transactions through Paypal.
** International wire transfers incur a ¥5,000 handling fee. Only available for orders of parts valued greater than ¥20,000.

Step 3 - Delivery
As soon as your products are shipped you will be sent your receipt and tracking number. The shipping date will depend on stock of the ordered products and the time required to obtain them from manufacturers. Orders are normally dispatched between 1-7 days of payment clearing in our accounts. All orders are shipped from Japan.

Please note that because Sideway Motorproject offer such a large range of parts it is not possible for us to keep a stock of all parts listed in our catalogue.

Your parts should arrive at your designated address approximately 3-6 days (EMS) from the date of dispatch. You will be notified of any delays.
